Firsts

Time continues to fly.....
FIRST BABY

FIRST YEAR

FIRST STEPS

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL

Will played "Miss Katie" (that is the name of his teacher) with his best buddy Grace last night as they were anticipating their first day; I think he has been more excited for this event than he has for anything in his life thus far. Every new discovery is wondrous and magical. It's the reward for all of the tantrums, endless meals, cleaning up, and soothing that we do as parents.
I asked him what his favorite part of his first day at preschool was and he said, "Everything... and playing with Playdoh." I was so happy to see his smiling face. He just seemed so grown up today. The best part was when I told him he got to go two times next week, on Tuesday and Thursday, and he said, "You mean I get to do it again?!" The kid totally thought preschool was a one day gig. What a monkey.

Will,
I hope you get to enjoy everything in this world because you deserve it my big boy. Thank you for always making me laugh and keeping me in line.
I love you a million billion zillion.
Mom
PS- Annie and I will miss you.

Preschool is my favorite thing! I already love having one on one time with Hannah. Will is a handsome little, I mean big, boy!

I still can't believe that he has started preschool! Where has the last four years gone? He is so handsome. I bet you relished your "quiet" time and missed him like crazy all at once. Love you.

It's so fun for these little kids to go to preschool. It keeps them busy and teaches them how to get along with other kids.

Your kids are so adorable! It's crazy how fast they get big. Sometimes it's hard not to "wish away" the time when they are so little because it is so hard sometimes, but then we would miss all of those sweet "firsts"!

He looks exactly like your husband. I'm so glad he's liking preschool; it's nice to have someone else be in charge of planning activities for a few hours. It's fun to hear about your little fam.
